After marrying her sweetheart, a dedicated member of the U.S. Air force and Federal Government, Denita embraced the military spouse lifestyle with grit and grace. With four sons in tow, she’s lived the journey-balancing motherhood, movement, and making every house a home. From Virginia Beach to Washington, D.C., San Antonio to Houston, and now settled in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, she made each home and city a new chapter of memory-making. Her adventures have taken her across Puerto Rico, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Monaco, Croatia, and Slovenia. Whether hiking in the Fall to see the leaves change, sipping hot chocolate after a winter half-marathon, or planning her dream vacations—Denita finds magic in the moment. She’s an ethnic foodie, a college football fanatic, reading, and a lover of period dramas, especially if they come with castles and romance.

Denita holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University. Her academic training enhances her ability to lead with clarity, communicate with impact and manage details with precision. She’s a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is a firm believer in lifelong learning and continuous growth, which she models in both her personal and professional life.

Prior to launching her real estate career Denita held key roles at respected institutions including USAA, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Internal Revenue Service and faith-based organizations. From supporting state troopers to resolving insurance claims and coordinating community outreach. In each position, she honed key skills in relationship building, conflict resolution, project coordination, and client service—skills that now define her success as a Realtor. Denita’s track record reflects her ability to balance tactical coordination with sincere human connection and is known for her calm presence, conflict resolution skills, and thoughtful advocacy—traits that now benefit her clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth housing market.
